Partners Realty Capital (PRC) is a real estate financial advisory firm specializing in creative and innovative real estate financing techniques. We source, structure, negotiate, and price all forms of commerical, multi-family, and housing tract financing needs, with a specific emphasis on structuring joint ventures withboth private and institutional equity. Formed in 1994, the key principals averages over twenty years each in professional real estate experience. Client assignments are run on an assigned team basis with a senior partner responsible to the client for results.
