Mr. Young has over 25 years of experience in the real estate debt and equity markets.  Prior to joining PRC, he opened and managed a regional office for Collateral Mortgage, LTD., a large southeastern based mortgage banking firm active in FNMA, conduit, and interim bank lending.  Previously David started a niche lending subsidiary for Imperial Credit Industries, focusing on securitization and headed an income property and residential load origination department for a Newport Beach-based thrift owned by ITT.  David has also been head of product development for Balcor, a large American Express-owed real estate syndicator, and has had responsibilities for secondary market loan sales, property management, and commercial construction lending.  David received an MBA from the University of Chicago, attended graduate courses on a scholarship to London University Graduate School of Business and graduated with honors in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
