Mr. Hunter has over 17 years of experience in real estate and finance.  Jay entered the industry as a commercial real estate broker focusing on investment sales with an emphasis on industrial and land.  He was a land acquisitions manager for Halferty Development Company where he was responsible for in-depth market and financial analyses for commercial sites in California and Nevada.  Jay spent several years at Merrill Lynch as a product manager where he was responsible for research and analysis in the debt and equity markets as well as executing numerous security instruments.  Jay earned his MBA from Pepperdine University School of Business and Management and graduated with a BA in Economics from San Diego State University.  Jay has had past associations with the NYSE and NASD and is a licensed California real estate broker.
